Sales Manager (Arabic Speaking, Lead Our Digitalisation Charge!)

What You'll Do
As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our digitalization projects in the region. You will work together with our high-performing sales team, identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and secure high-value contracts. You will be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a passionate advocate for our transformative solutions. 
  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Outbound Sales – 50%
    • Find new project opportunities with growing key accounts (1-2 x Oivan governmental Saudi clients)
    • Prepare and present proposals to negotiate and close deals.
    • Expand the client’s portfolio and Oivan opportunities for engagement.
    2. Inbound Sales and Relationship Building – 25%
    • Strengthen client relationships with existing key accounts.
    • Arrange regular client meetings to explore additional collaboration options.
    • Promote new services or solutions to existing clients (upsell).
    3. Finance and Project Coordination – 25%
    • Support invoicing and payment processes with finance.
    • Coordinate project closures and ensure smooth cash flow with the PMO.
    • Ensure account efficiency and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
    Skills and Attributes
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
    • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
    • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with financial acumen.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with delivery and finance teams.
What You Have
Your Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably within the IT sector. 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth. 
  • Understanding of the digitalization landscape and related technologies (Cloud services, AI, Big Data, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to manage all stages effectively. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals. 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (native Arabic is required). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. 
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (even Business Management is fine!). 
  • Experience in selling digitalization projects is a significant advantage.
