What We Need
Oivan is seeking a Technical Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading local and/or international software and IT projects. You will be responsible for driving our largest local software development project, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
With your background in Agile Scrum methodologies, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Technical familiarity with Golang, Node.js, .NET, microservices, and deployment is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
As a Technical Project Manager, you will:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Conduct kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team members
Implement and champion Agile Scrum methodologies for project delivery
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering collaboration
Allocate and optimize resources, considering team strengths and project needs
Work with HR and stakeholders to ensure resource availability
Support the PMO with project facilitation for our Saudi Arabian clients
