Oivan is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in working with local and / or international software projects to contribute to our growing and innovative web-development project. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting requirements for changes and improvements to various systems used in the business. You will have daily contact with users and stakeholders to identify development areas and also with the development teams to discuss the solutions. Furthermore, you will lead daily activities to ensure that the systems are up to date and produce value for the business. The assignments are of varying nature and we, therefore, see that it is easy for you to familiarize yourself with new activities and systems
What You'll Do

You will get to work on a life-changing product and execute the following responsibilities as a business analyst:
- You will support and help the product teams towards effective solution considering what’s best for the user and the overall service experience.
- Identify, acquire, and analyze relevant facts & insights (consumer, business, technology etc.) to contribute to building up clarity in user needs.
- Establish and facilitate cross-collaboration with key stakeholders to continuously iterate and innovate our service experience feedback and insight to drive prioritization.
- Communicate and visualize user insights as well as supporting the teams to develop within the field of service experience (methods, performing design sprints, tools, prototyping etc)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
This role is for a growing and ongoing project with one of our biggest clients in Middle East. Interfacing between Oivan distributed delivery teams and our customer product owners, you get to work with a pioneering, award winning transformative digital solutions with government sector related to real estate.
What You Have
For this project, you are going to be working with an international client to help build a sustainable project for millions of people. As a business analyst, we prefer that you have:
- A proven track record of sprint planning, leading and supporting successful projects. This would need you to be a good communicator in complex settings.
- Thai native with fluent in English communication
- 2+ years in a business analyst (in-house, consultant) role, project management in the software development industry or something similar. We encourage you to apply if you have less “years” of experience, the number of years is to give an average benchmark.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and find creative solutions in response to changing priorities and needs.
- We want you to be organized in leading a project and within a professional setting to deliver high-quality customer experience.
- Relevant knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Microservices, Architecture, Mobile Development). Some technical background or coding experience would be a massive plus.
- Familiarity with Jira (Confluence) for activity tracking, task-setting, dashboards, burndown, and similar tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, etc.)
